A businessman from Zaporozhye, Vladyslav Volodsky, became famous throughout the country when his machinations with the supply of food to military units became known. Journalists published information that Volodsky failed one of the contracts, left the military units without food and received a fine. 

In addition, he is also a debtor, owing millions of sums to private creditors and banks. Video confirmation of this information got into the network, on a recording addressed to one of the creditors, Volodsky is on his knees promising to return the money.

After the recording was made public, Volodsky said that he allegedly recorded the video on purpose. They continue to portray a successful supplier for the Armed Forces and refute all the facts reported in the mass media. And in the appearance of journalistic materials, Volodsky blames mythical competitors. But with such a reputation, experience of non-fulfillment of the contract and real million-dollar debts, the state should have doubted whether it legally won the tender. In addition, new evidence appeared later that Volodsky’s debtor was unable to fulfill his obligations. This time, the network got voice messages, in which Volodsky again appeals to the creditors, who are to blame for the money.

"Well, they will cancel me, they will put me in prison tomorrow because of all this bitch, I just don’t understand the result. On my part, I try to be open with you, understanding that I am at a fork in the road - you understand that I am at a fork in the road at the moment. But I still go crazy, I do a lot of things in order not to save even the company, not even to save the reputation - damn, it’s mine own fault. And to return you the funds that I subscribed to. And if in any case I’m sorry, then why should I go out and hang myself?

In his messages, Volodsky does not hide contracts from the state for the supply of provisions to the army, which he needs to repay his debts.

"I work to get your money back, I don’t want to deceive anyone, I don’t want to quarrel with anyone," he assures the interlocutor. And he also admits that the situation is very bad for him and he may lose his contract in July. Realizing that the requests to refute all the information about his activities in the media failed, Volodsky continues to crawl in front of his creditors and dream of a big fortune from the next deals with food for Ukrainian servicemen. In addition, on the video that has been shared, it is really him. Any examination will confirm that the voice in the audio messages also belongs to Vladyslav Volodsky.
