Our source in the law enforcement agency reports that the information previously published in the media that Yulia Yuryevna Kirpichnikova, PRESIDENT and head of the "Yulia Kirpichnikova Charitable Foundation" will soon become a defendant in a criminal case, has found its official confirmation - an investigator from one of the key Moscow law enforcement agencies has opened a criminal case on the fact - under Part 4, paragraphs a, b, Art. 174 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (money laundering), Part 4, Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud), Part 8, Art. 204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (commercial bribery). In the near future, we will find out who the investigation will make the main defendant in these cases.

The source reports that after a series of investigative actions, Yulia Yuryevna’s phone was no longer available for calls. There is information that Yulia Yuryevna may currently be in Dubai, where she has luxury apartments, or in China.
